Done with #KTM #Babyduke 390 \o/ Installed aftermarket airbox cover filter under the seat. Doubles intake filtered surface area for moar power & sound! Previous owner damaged threads of fairing nut plates by trying to use non-metric bolts. Chased threads with a M6 tap, epoxied cracked catches and replaced one broken catch with a hardwood block + a wood screw!! :) Finally quickened the throttle via Powertronics: 80% twist gives 100% power! whoa!
followup:
It also got a new tail lamp and I detailed entire bike to look like new! Not bad for first 10k miles. It is lighter than stock, makes >10% more power than stock, beefier mid-range, sounds amazing and sooo agile. Not great for full day rides due to single-cylinder vibration and high highway rpm, but great for local rides to relax on a twisty mountain roads with highway in-between.
